The SeaI/O-570E-OEM is a highly versatile Ethernet I/O module providing 8 single-ended 16-bit analog inputs, 8 optically isolated inputs, and 8 Form C relay outputs. The A/D inputs are independently selectable for ±5V or ±15V ranges, providing flexibility for different types of sensors, including thermistors and transformers. The module supports both bipolar and unipolar modes, with the option to measure floating or ground-referenced signals.
In addition to the analog inputs, the module includes 8 optically isolated inputs, offering 3500V external isolation to protect equipment from electrical noise. The Form C relays can handle DC loads up to 24W and are configurable for either normally open or normally closed operations.
Communication is achieved via Modbus TCP over Ethernet, providing seamless integration into networked control systems. The module is powered by 9-30VDC, and it features removable screw terminals for easy field wiring.
For mobile diagnostics and remote access, the Sealevel Modbus Connect app enables users to monitor and troubleshoot the I/O system directly from iOS devices. The SeaI/O-570E-OEM also supports expansion with up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules, providing scalable solutions for industrial control systems.
